Arcus - Background
Arcus was started 6 years ago as a snow-skate streetwear brand by Nicolas Müller and Fredi Kalbermatten. Anyone who has followed snowboarding in the past 5 years will have seen these two rising stars on snow. Together with Mauro Paolozzi, a highly talented graphic and design artist, they have created a brand different from everything else.
Arcus is a brand that isn’t just following the mainstream but creating its own style. The strength of Arcus lies in its original design, attention to detail and above all quality.
For Fall 2006 the Arcus design team have working hard to bring you the third themed “Around the Globe” series. The best line to date, the series has a big portion of style, a ridiculous amount of comfort and a phat palette of funky fresh graphics.
Collaborations with EPIC, amongst others, has enabled us to produce some technically superior streetwear. And, remember to check for the hidden details!
Over the years Arcus has been growing spreading its word and providing Switzerland, France, Japan, Spain, Sweden and Finland with its original high quality product. Now in our second season in the UK, Arcus has shown that quality at a good price, sells. For a new brand with only exposure in the snow market our sell through has exceeded expectations. With a concentrated marketing campaign to come, things can only get better!
